Essentially two books in one: an illustrated children’s story and a parent’s resource guide to help children deal with the loss of a beloved pet. Illustrated children’s section encourages children to take comfort in the memory of their pet. Resource section assists parents/caregivers with advice on how to talk to children about death, answer commonly asked questions, understand what children comprehend based on their age and provide suggestions for memorial activities.
